Renew Your Medicaid Plan

Nevada Medicaid is starting renewals again. Your Medicaid plan renewal may have been on pause due to COVID-19.

Find out if you qualify for Medicaid.

You must take action to keep your coverage.

When it’s time to renew your coverage, you should receive a notice in the mail from Nevada Medicaid.

Make sure your address is up to date

Make sure your contact information is up to date for when it’s time to renew your coverage.

Renew by mail

This is the easiest way to renew. Complete the renewal form mailed to you by Nevada Medicaid. Then mail the form to:

Call the Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services toll-free. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They can assist you in any language.

Do you have questions about your HPN Medicaid plan renewal? Call us toll-free at 1-800-962-8074, TTY 711.

If you don’t complete your health plan renewal by the deadline, your Medicaid coverage will end.

If this happens, you have 90 days after your termination date to send in your renewal form for review of your eligibility.
